Born to Serve

Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner is a Namibian law firm established in July 2021 by Mr Ndeli Ndaitwah. As an admitted legal practitioner of both the High Court and Supreme Court of Namibia and an experienced legal professional, Mr Ndaitwah built his practice with the intention of providing legal services of the highest quality and an unforgettable client experience.

Ndeli Ndaitwah

Mr. Ndaitwah obtained his LL.B (Hons) degree, from the University of Stirling in Scotland, United Kingdom in June of 2016. Mr. Ndaitwah joined Sisa Namandje & Co Inc on the 1st of August 2016 as an intern, and later as a candidate legal practitioner, where he completed his legal training and gained vast knowledge and experience in law.

Mr. Ndaitwah is an admitted legal practitioner of the High Court of Namibia and Supreme Court of Namibia since May 2019 and August 2021, respectively. In July 2021 Mr. Ndaitwah established Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner where he and his team provide an extensive range of legal services.

Alicia Maiandaia Pienaar

Ms Pienaar completed her LLB (Hon) degree at the University of Namibia in 2022 and joined Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner as an intern in July 2022. Ms Pienaar enrolled in the Justice Training Centre in 2023 and is currently candidate legal practitioner at the firm.

Since joining Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner, and under the supervision of Mr Ndaitwah, Ms Pienaar has gained experience and has excelled in criminal law, civil litigation and family law. Ms Pienaar lives by the quote, “Success is not final. Failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill.

Fadzai Musodza

Ms Musodza attained her LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of Namibia in 2022 and joined Ndaitwah Legal Practitoner on the 10th of October 2023 as a legal intern. During 2024 Ms Musodza enrolled in the Justice Training Centre and presently, she serves as a candidate legal practitioner at Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner.

Since joining Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner, Ms Musodza has been gaining vast amount of experience in commercial law, drafting of civil litigation applications and actions, drafting and interpretation of contracts and formation of closed corporations and companies.

Christine Muleka

Ms Muleka is an office assistant at Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner, and she is currently pursuing a higher certificate in Paralegal Studies.

As part of her duties at Ndaitwah Legal Practitioner, under the supervision of Mr Ndaitwah, she coordinates the processing of national documents and immigration permits at Ministry of Home Affairs on behalf of our clients in addition to other administrative and clerical tasks in the office.
